God’s Work. Our Hands. ELCA Day of Service – Sunday September 7
Please join us after church Sunday September 7 to fill bags with hygiene products that will be taken on the Mobile Loaves and Fishes truck for families in need. Peace drives the Mobile Loaves & Fishes’ food truck once a month to provide food, clothing, hygiene products and other life-sustaining items to our neighbors. With your help this project will go quickly and smoothly.

Join us after worship Sunday, August 24th, as we celebrate the beginning of our program year. Enjoy delicious treats as you travel from table to table. Learn about each of our different church boards and discover opportunities to participate in a variety of activities. Find somewhere you are interested in being involved. Don’t forget to participate in the scavenger hunt.

God’s Work, Our Hands – ELCA Day of Service – Sunday September 8
The Congregational & Community Care Board will be sponsoring three (3) volunteer opportunities for Peace members and friends. In order to assess interest, we will have volunteer sign-up sheets at Rally Day on August 18. You can also indicate interest by email. You can volunteer for more than one activity!

The new program year is here! This year, the children’s circle will meet weekly at 9:30 AM, before worship. Middle school students are invited to join our confirmation cohort (email Pastor Carolyn for information). We also anticipate having at least 2 post-worship learning and fellowship events for adults each month. The schedule will be announced soon, as we gather feedback.
