New Community Connections Series

Community Connections is presenting a 7-week series entitled Dialogues on Race.  We hope you can join us Sundays at 1:00 pm on Zoom beginning July 12. Following is a list of the session titles, followed by the focus of the session. 
At the completion of the series we hope to have one of the authors join us for a presentation/discussion.

August 2 American Amnesia – Christianity and the Erasing of Native American Stories
August 9 – Whither the Women? – Race, Gender, and the Intersecting Nature of Oppression
August 16 – Two Christianities – American Religion in Black and White
August 23 – A New Heaven and a New Earth – The Problem with Racial Reconciliation
 
If you would like a participant’s book, please contact Laura Eichner. She will arrange to get a book to you as soon as possible so you can be prepared for the first session. However, you can also participate in the dialogue without the book.
