Cub Pack 1720 Helped with Election Cleanup

Cub Pack 1720, a Peace Lutheran Charter troop, helped with the post election clean-up of our 3.85 acres last Sunday.  Many hands definitely made our load lighter.  Heartfelt thanks goes out to the leaders and parents of these super kids.

Mobile Loaves & Fishes is Back

We are once again able to serve the community from the Mobile Loaves and Fishes truck. The ML&F truck will deliver only pre-bagged meals. No drinks, clothing or spiritual items will be on the truck. A full team won’t be necessary, 2-3 volunteers should be enough. Our date for taking meals out continues to be the second Saturday of the month. We ask that no one who is at high risk for Covid go out.

Blessing of the Animals

We invite the animals in your household to receive a special blessing on Sunday October 4 at 11:15 on Zoom as we bless our pets and all creation in our care during a special gathering following the worship service. Check the weekly email update for the link or email us.

What? Me Worry?

Matthew 6:25-26, 34 :  Jesus said, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Are you not of more value than they? So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring worries of its own. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” Read more…
