n light of the resurgence in local COVID cases, we invite the Peace community to connect to worship online on Sunday morning here or on our Facebook page or our YouTube channel. Pressure: Adapting and responding to this phase of the pandemic
Over the last 18 months, COVID-19 has turned (and continues to turn) our lives upside-down and has made things unpredictable, uncontrollable, and unprecedented. We are no longer just anxious about the virus itself, but the process of resuming pre-pandemic activities, the impact on the economy, our jobs, and the disruption of our daily routines as we transition to a new phase in the pandemic. The natural human response to losing our sense of control is stress, which primes us to be on high alert and to find a quick fix. Read more…
