Post-Worship Potluck – Matthew Bible Study Series
October 5 – November 23
Beginning on October 5, we will begin preparing for the coming lectionary year with an 8-session Bible study on the gospel of Matthew from the Book of Faith series. We will have study guides and leader guides ready. Now all we need are the students and leaders! If you would like to participate, please email office@peaceaustin.org so we make sure to have enough study guides. If you would be willing to facilitate a session or sessions, please let us know that, too. The leader guide will have everything laid out for you.

God’s Work. Our Hands. ELCA Day of Service – Sunday September 7
Please join us after church Sunday September 7 to fill bags with hygiene products that will be taken on the Mobile Loaves and Fishes truck for families in need. Peace drives the Mobile Loaves & Fishes’ food truck once a month to provide food, clothing, hygiene products and other life-sustaining items to our neighbors. With your help this project will go quickly and smoothly.

Learn about each of our different church boards and discover opportunities to participate in a variety of activities. Find somewhere you are interested in being involved. These last two regular weeks of potluck…before the Crawfish Boil on June 8 and a summer pause on post-worship meal fellowship…the topics will be Pastor/Vicar’s Choice (or…if you’re daring…Stump the Pastor/Vicar :-).
