What is Stephen Ministry?
Stephen Ministry is a response to Jesus' command "to
love one another as I have loved you."
Stephen Ministry is a systematic program of lay Christian
caregiving.
Stephen Ministry is a special ministry in which one
Christian reaches out to another in time of need.
Stephen Ministry is comprised of ongoing helping
relationships between caregivers and care receivers, with the characteristics of scheduled
regularity, dependability and confidentiality.
