This workshop is designed to help you recognize different types of conflict, give you tools for keeping emotions in check, and familiarize you with models used for working through conflict.

 

Large group presentations, with both large and small group discussion time, will allow participants to share some of their own stories.

 

At the close of the workshop, opportunity will be available to arrange for further consultation concerning your specific situation, if you wish.

 

 


Presenter, and Director of CCT:

Laura Vaught Lincoln

 

Ms. Lincoln is an Organizational Consultant to nonprofits, with clients in England and the United States. She holds both a BA and MA in theology, and is presently pursuing an MS in Organizational Psychology.  Along with Dr. Pille Valk of Tartu University, Estonia, she is conducting an international study of high school students’ attitudes towards religion.

 Ms. Lincoln’s other current research interest is decision-making in groups.
